Before moving to the United States to study with Ronald Leonard, Mr. Bravo held a position with the Argentine Symphony. Since then, he has performed as cellist with many prestigious ensembles in South America and throughout the world. He performed the world premiere of the Double Concerto for Cello, Bandoneon, and Orchestra by Lisandro Adrover (Forever Tango's musical director). Mr. Bravo was awarded the Spoleto Festival's coveted Simpatia Prize for Forever Tango, which closed the Italian festival in 1996.
