Currently NCAM is running two major projects which focus on education. The Cornerstones Literacy Project is developing a media-based approach to literacy in the classroom, and the eDescription Project is focused on developing a methodology and tools to create extended, enhanced, educational auditory description of the visual media that is used within the classroom curriculum.
