This approximately four-minute-long segment of Vasulka's longer work by the same title opens with a man photographing an angelic figure. Historic footage of violent world events are superimposed onto the backdrop of a large canyon. Robert Oppenheimer's words regarding his participation in the development of the atomic bomb are spoken. The work employs electronic effects to distort and enhance the images. Little credit information is provided.
