In a monotone voice, a man shot in profile tells the story of a relationship from its beginnings, through marriage, and ultimately through its deterioration. In sparse anecdotes and reflections, the picture of a husband struggling with divorce is painstakingly reconstructed. And yet the speaker seems detached and emotionally distant, never facing the camera full-on. At times, he turns his head from left to right. There is no credit information. The piece is approximately eight minutes long.
