Description : Abstract
Christy George reports that George Bush (US President) has nominated Wayne Budd (attorney) for the post of Massachusetts US Attorney. George reviews Budd's career as an attorney and state official. George's report includes footage of Budd at a press conference. Budd talks about his credentials and says that the color of his skin is irrelevant to his nomination. George reports that Frank McNamara (former Massachusetts US Attorney) left the post after a controversy.
