Description : Abstract
David Boeri reports that Pat Robertson (Republican US Presidential candidate) is confident of success in the Super Tuesday primary elections. Boeri notes that Robertson has strong support in the South. He adds that Robertson's success could threaten the campaigns of candidates in both parties, including Al Gore (Democratic US Presidential candidate). Boeri interviews Robertson. Robertson says that he is the only conservative candidate in a position to win. Boeri's report includes footage of Al Gore and Tipper Gore (wife of Al Gore) and footage of Jack Kemp (Republican US Presidential candidate). Boeri reports that Jesse Jackson (Democratic US Presidential candidate) did well in the Iowa caucuses. Boeri adds that Jackson expects to do well in the New Hampshire primaries. Boeri's report includes footage of Jackson campaigning in New Hampshire.
