Description : Abstract
Hope Kelly reports that Dr. Laval Wilson (Superintendent, Boston Public Schools) must improve the reading skills of its students. Kelly's report is accompanied by Wilson speaking about the importance of reading skills at a press conference. Wilson says that students are reading below target levels. Kelly's report features footage of students of all different races talking about literacy and reading a statement about the importance of literacy.
